This is a private site used

• to facilitate file transfers to clients,
• to prototype web applications intended to be hosted elsewhere,
• to allow remote access to some minor non-essential databases
• and facilitate remote ftp access to some frequently changing utility files.

This site is secure enough to inhibit a casual browser from stumbling into some private files, but the security is weak enough that anybody with modest hacking skills should have no problem getting to anything on the site. This site should not represent any significant challenge to any talented recreational hacker, and there is nothing on the site which would be of any monetary value or interest to a serious criminal.

However, the malicious destruction or vandalism of these files would be a nuisance to us personally. We ask that if you hack into the private areas of our site, please do so as our welcomed guest, but please show some manners by avoiding doing anything that would interrupt us in our jobs.
